What does the Wisconsin Disability Vote Coalition do?


The WDVC helps create and build political power among Wisconsin disabilities community by:

  • Encouraging organizations to conduct local get-out-the-vote drives and outreach.
  • Educating the disability community about voting rights and access issues.
  • Letting elected officials know that people with disabilities are voters and a growing voter bloc.
  • Increasing voter turnout among people with disabilities and their allies.

The Disability Voter List Serv listserv is a way to share information and ideas. It is possible to seek comments, guidance, and technical assistance of your peers as well as to share thoughts and ideas and exchange resources which will help us to do our good work.
